I am fascinated by how complex humans are. We move through life, doing our best to get through each day, as we experience a vast array of emotions and connect with each other. A million obstacles come our way, and despite it all, we find laughter and love.
As a creative, I aim to tell truthful stories about what it means to feel deeply and create a better world.

Born and raised in upstate New York with my mom, dad, and older brother, I love the outdoors, nature, dogs, and anything maple!

I fell in love with indoor cycling when I was a sophomore in college. I am so grateful for the community, the healing, and the new music that comes from it.
